Yoga

I probably don't need to tell you how wonderful Yoga is for your mind and body but I'm going to anyway.

I'm starting to get back into Yoga. I did it throughout my pregnancy and a little bit for a couple months after I had my daughter but for the past couple months I haven't made time for it. However, that's all about to change. I'm going to start practicing on my own as well as taking a class one time a week. When I'm challenging myself with new poses I feel wonderful and I would like to share that feeling with others.


I've decided to get certified so I can continue to practice with others and share the light within.
